They already seem hesitant about it. I understand OP points and they are valid. However, I would love primed streamline so I can get rid of fleeting expertise and keep my duration All it means is you can get closer to max with one mod and the right arcane helmet. Have you ever asked yourself why people camp? I'd be glad to run around and blow stuff up, but I get perma CC'd, instagibbed and it's simply not fun.

A long time ago, around the week before the 2nd appearance of baro ki teer, there was a hint that primed streamline was confirmed, sadly it was never released, and now that we passed about 7 void trader appearances, everyone has stopped talking about primed streamline. Now I know many people say that primed streamline will break the use of fleeting expertise, which is true for obvious reasons.
