The camp that started with four-time champion Tia-Clair Toomey now has an experienced roster featuring CrossFit Games veterans from both the male and female divisions. The first addition was six-time Games competitor Brooke Wells, who finished fifth in and then amicably parted ways with longtime coach Ben Bergeron and his CompTrain program. From Krypton to Tennessee: The second athlete added to the PRVN roster is a man known for his athletic abilities and ability to lift heavy weights. Alec Smith made it to the Games in and as an individual after impressive performances at the Atlantic Regional but pursued an Affiliate Cup championship during the season. He was poised to take on the world and become a household name, but a misdiagnosis forced him to miss five years. The team announced on Feb. Next to Toomey and Wells, the year-old has the most experience of the group.

The camp is based out of Nashville, TN, and the team itself consists of champions and CrossFit Games veterans, both in the Team and Individual divisions. The four athletes collectively combine for four Affiliate Cup titles, six podium finishes, 24 Games appearances, 18 Regionals, 12 Semifinals , and one Last Chance Qualifier appearance. Since its inception in the summer of , PRVN has established itself as one of the premier training camps for individual athletes, including the aforementioned Toomey, Brooke Wells , Saxon Panchik , Will Moorad, and other top-level Crossfit Games athletes. They were previously a key component of the CrossFit Mayhem Freedom teams that won the past two Games teams titles by a combined points. Prior to joining Mayhem Freedom, they spent three seasons on the CrossFit OC3 teams that were perennial top-five finishers at the Games. A post shared by Andrea Nisler aenisler. Morakinyo was also a staple of the many iterations of the Invictus Back Bay teams from Boston.
