Its been going on for 2 weeks, too long to explain. Terrible I made a mistake purchasing there services and no one has recongized my issues. No public mobile not working service no human to talk with. I would like to increase my data.

Weak signal always. I am in southern Ontario so no lack of towers. Had no data for over a month and of course you can't get a refund for lack of service since you pay ahead. Left and moved to a real cell provider that at least has customer support and most importantly better signal strength. Not worth the frustration to save a few bucks.
