Our village Co-Op store has just had a brand new Inpost Locker installed in its carpark but when I tried to use it for Evri parcels the error message comes up 'Parcel not recognized' I rang the helpdesk number on the screen and they said that evri parcels had to go to a shop 10 miles away! Unfortunately, I forgot to turn this off as it's not as handy as Evri, but I've chosen to honour the transaction as it's not the buyer's fault. Downloaded the shipping label, but it just shows a QR code, not even the recipient's details. Is that right? It says I need to download the QR code, I don't need to print it off, but I don't want to send a label-less parcel with no information. Tried the website, but I'm none the wiser. Can I just print the QR code anyway and write the recipient's name on it at least? It doesn't seem very user friendly to me! Thank you in advance.

Just book your order online or via our app, select the Locker option, attach your label to your parcel, and take it to your local Locker. A Locker box will open for you. You can put only one parcel in a Locker box. If you want to send more than one parcel, book a separate order for each one.
