I've never really managed to do a nice red cabbage recipe despite trying loads Delia, BBC etc. Has anyone got one that's really good? I've got no raisins but could substitute dried apricots if the recipe calls for them and no red currant sauce but could substitute cranberry and port sauce. Also got no cooking apples.
