Our highly-experienced coaches, and community of members just like you, are here to sup port you along every step of the way. For novices to CrossFit, our Foundations Month is designed to ensure proper understanding of the foundational movements integral to the CrossFit methodology, and to help you gain familiarity with our group classes. Foundations Month begins with five minute one-on-one sessions with a coach. Each session consists of a warm-up, training on fundamental movements, then finishing with a short workout using those movements. After completing the Foundation sessions, you can attend an unlimited number of group classes for the remainder of the month.
