Gracia is my favorite neighborhood, I lived here for 12 years and it is truly something special. It feels like a little village with it's many pedestrian, tree-lined streets. La Brillantina - A cozy hangout hidden away on a side street that offers wonderful Latin-American food, cocktails, and natural wines. The atmosphere is great and they have a cute space for groups.
