Although she continued in the visual arts, she also had a growing passion for the movies and theatre and secretly wanted to become an actor.

She ended up getting some major roles in local theater productions, but still needed to take odd jobs to help make ends meet; she took roles in various industrial short instructional films. It was envisioned as a dramedy, in the vein of how Yo soy Betty, la fea was adapted for American audiences as Ugly Betty , but it wasn't picked up for a regular series. In , Seehorn made her television directorial debut with the fourth episode of Better Call Saul 's final season " Hit and Run ". Seehorn married film producer and real estate agent Graham Larson in , becoming the step-mother to his two sons from an earlier marriage. As a fan of the show, in addition to being in it, I thought it was so respectful of the fans, the characters and the story. And does this season feel different from the last at all? Luckily, it felt appropriate. It felt very real for the characters and it felt very satisfying after having worked on them for so long, to do these things together in the end. What were the most challenging aspects of playing Kim this time around? Emotionally playing those final scenes — the prison scene, walking through the prison yard, and the final smoking scene — those were hard.
