I had low expectations of this place as it was very empty when we arrived and the service was quite poor. That said, the food was very safe and actually quite good! I had the gnocchi with tomatoes three ways and my husband had a steak.

An enchanted view and the scents of rosemary and wild myrtle will be the background to our chef's dishes tasting. Our cuisine is expressed and the menu is linked to seasonality. We prefer the use of land raw materials, buying local farmers and small laboratories. Our meats are Tuscan certified, while the cheeses come from a small dairy farm. One of those places where the charm of Tuscany becomes irresistible.

Il suo territorio comprende paesi di importanza turistica mondiale come Pienza e Montalcino e si estende verso sud, comprendendo anche una piccola parte del grossetano. La dolcezza dei paesaggi, unita agli incantevoli paesi che ne punteggiano il territorio, rendono questa zona unica, non solo a livello italiano, ma di tutto il globo. Vi consiglio di fare un aperitivo proprio qui, guardando il sole che cala. Poco sotto, ci potrete arrivare arrivare a piedi o in auto, ci sono le antiche Terme Romane. Tanti anche i ristoranti sulla via principale, sulla quale si affacciano case colorate di epoca medievale.

Ci troviamo nel cuore pulsante del suggestivo borgo di Bagno Vignoni, l'Albergo si specchia nella celebre Piazza delle sorgenti, una grande vasca termale di epoca etrusca da cui sgorga acqua a 49 gradi. La storia della famiglia Banchetti si intreccia in modo indissolubile con quella del borgo da oltre quarant'anni. Colline che digradano dolcemente a disegnare un panorama che alterna i colori acri delle crete con le tinte fresche di prati e boschi. Vini che scaldano la gola nei giorni grigi d'autunno e che invitano a ballare nelle calde sere estive.
