Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Baccalaureate level degree in nursing required. Three years of recent acute care urology nursing experience including oncology, obtained within the last 5 years, is required. Demonstration of excellent assessment, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational and patient care skills is required. Self-direction, adaptability and flexibility required while working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
