For example you could smoothly and slowly make the storm smaller by using TweenService which will give you a realistic effect of the storm closing in. Like you could make a circle and then make it like every 2 minutes shrink, which will require just some simple scripting knowledge like change the size, position and loops. But this will not have any tweening. I would recommend using tweenservice for something like this.
