He is Alejandro Vargas ' second-in-command of Los Vaqueros. He also appears in the Season Three opening cinematic. While not much is known about Rudy, he grew up in Las Almas and joined the Mexican Army serving 20 years alongside Alejandro before passing selection to join the Fuerza Especiales and Los Vaqueros.
