Roku remote no power button

Hi, I just moved. My roku was working fine before but now that I am at my new place. The remote will only turn the power on and off.

This is a new place and I have never connected my TV to this network. I've lost my remote and it won't let me pair the TV without it being on. I signed into my account on the roku remote app, but not sure what to do next. All TVs have a power button somewhere. It's often hidden very well.
