It's a buffet, so there's a lot of choices to choose from. Route 66 Family Buffet has similar recipes but had the help of Chef Bud Anderson to create new recipes for its buffet.

The wait for the brand-new Route 66 Buffet is almost over. Trust me when I say, you are going to love this new buffet in Amarillo. My co-workers and I had the opportunity to attend the soft opening, the trial run for the new buffet. When you walk in you are greeted by the smiling employees. The very rustic Route 66 counter is where you go to purchase your buffet, while you are there you have the option to choose a Route 66 soda from the cooler.
