I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges not unusual , but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office. Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered they've said on several dates and they won't provide proof. So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn or TradInn or whoever they are - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping stealing the money and won't even reply to emails.
