Only used them once with the current sofas, had them for 5 years, quality seems fine to me and surviving kids and animals! Ours was from scs and has lasted 10 years so far. It's a bit saggy in the corner now but the arms and the back are still fine. My sister got one from there though and hated it but that was one of those cushion backed ones and the cushions went all saggy and were constantly being moved about.
