Sodium Hydroxide, Elemanator, water? In 5 gallons break it down… I went to Largo and bought 2 5 gallons cans of Sodium Hydroxide. SH is Sodium Hypochlorite. Typical house mix is SH, a surfactant Elemonator , and water. Mix strength varies on every job. On vinyl jobs, try to run 2gal SH, 3gal water, with 1oz per gallon of the surfactant. Avoid dawn. Be careful with it tho and give a good rinse to all surrounding plant life before and after the use of SH. This is a good mix for concrete as well. Hope that helps.

Hello there, I am rather new to pressure washing and softwashing but have been here a few weeks and trying to learn whatever I can. One of the biggest things that I have learned is that I should be pre-treating and post-treating concrete. Those that sell chemicals are selling powder only.
