I buy from Sally's everytime, but drive all the way to the 40th location to do business. The union gap location if full of rude, unknowledgeable workers. I have had several very bad experiences with unprofessional employees at sally's. Every time that I ask for help, employees approach me with a very rude attitude. They respond with very short answers about the item I ask for and it makes me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. The lines usually consist of 3 to four costumers with one cashier. There's usually 3 co workers. Only one is at the register. The other two of them don't do their duties and simply walk by the customers in line and always seem to ignore all of us.
