Set on 35 acres of lush green hills in the Moreton Bay Region hinterland, 30 minutes north of Brisbane, Samford Lakes is a peaceful resort providing spacious cottage accommodation. Whether for a romantic escape, wedding accommodation, family get togethers or a corporate weekend, Samford Lakes has a variety of hinterland accommodation to suit your needs. The accommodation consists of cottages and self-contained studios with ample parking for guests, visitors, catering vans, trucks and utes. Facilities include an outdoor pool and entertainment area with a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, full sized tennis court and much more to keep you entertained. The lake is located in the middle of the property and has a board walk that runs around it. Each cottage is positioned to give the best views of the lake, the surrounding countryside and mountains. A spacious, semi-detached cottage near the pool, Honeymoon Bay features open plan living, kitchen and a dining room with a log fire. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and walk-in wardrobe with an ensuite featuring a claw foot bath. Honeymoon Bay can be integrated with "The Cottage" for larger groups so you have the benefit of two kitchens, living areas and bathrooms. The combination of the two cottages is called The Pool House.

The cottage consists of a large open plan room with comfy sofas, tv, dvd, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, king sized bed and claw foot bathtub. There is a second bedroom that has a double and single bed and a separate bathroom. You have your own deck with bbq overlooking the lake and are also welcome to use the on site facilities, pool, tennis court, sauna and wood-fired pizza oven. There is a large family bathroom with shower, claw foot bath and toilet and a further separate toilet. The gentle sloping walk way to to Barn Loft ensures it is easily accessible for everyone and is wheelchair friendly.
