Responsibilities will include meet and greet customers, booking customer's bikes in managing online bookings, keeping customers up-to-date with their repairs, processing warranty claims, and handling day-to-day sales of service parts. No bike shop experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. You simply need to great with people, enjoy following systems, know the value of working as a team, have great listening skills and be an excellent note taker.
