Kosuke Adult is a 5-star unit based on the character Sasuke Uchiha in Boruto.

Sasuke Uchiha is one of the last surviving members of Konohagakure's Uchiha clan. After his older brother, slaughtered their clan, Sasuke made it his mission in life to avenge them by killing his older brother. After learning the truth of his brother's sacrifice and later proving instrumental in ending the Fourth Shinobi World War and being happily redeemed by Naruto, Sasuke decides to return to Konoha and dedicates his life to serve Sakura. Tier : Low 5-B physically, higher with Susano'o forms. Could keep up with Kinshiki.

Durante l'esame di selezione dei Chunin, incontra Orochimaru , che marchia Sasuke con il suo segno maledetto per costringerlo a seguire le sue orme e, una volta divenuto abbastanza potente, prendere possesso del suo corpo. Sasuke accecato dall'odio che provava per Itachi accetta, diventando cosi un Nukenin. Decide poi di trovare Itachi e ucciderlo per vendicare il massacro del proprio clan. Arrivato nel covo degli Uchiha, incontra finalmente Itachi. Una volta sconfitto decide di impiantarsi gli occhi di Itachi ottenendo lo Sharingan Ipnotico Eterno. I primi disegni di Sasuke lo mostravano con un gran numero di collane e altri oggetti attorno a braccia e gambe, risultato dell'abitudine di Kishimoto a dare ai suoi personaggi il maggior numero di ornamenti possibili. Nel disegnarlo, ancora oggi, Kishimoto commette spesso errori e imperfezioni, perdendo in alcuni casi l'aspetto giovanile del personaggio. I capelli di Sasuke, originariamente tenuti corti per risparmiare tempo, si sono progressivamente allungati nel corso della serie, aumentando l'ammontare di tempo necessario a disegnare il personaggio.
