I need a zero turn mower ASAP. Which of these 4 brands would you recommend or avoid? Flat, wide open property, no hills, few trees, primarily wire mesh fence lines. Mowing now 8 acres. We have paid money to have it repaired hitting stumps and bending blades etc. It does a beautiful job of mowing. We mow mostly flat areas but that does include our 4 acre pasture at times which is bumpy. My nephew bought one on Monday and my husband is now looking. In my opinion, the best thing about the Grasshopper is the front-mounted deck. With my current plan I'd run 2 Etek motors so I wouldn't worry about bogging down and also because I already have one I used on an old riding mower.
