This master's program is designed for student affairs practitioners — those who want to commit to supporting students through their college experiences from compassionate, culturally competent, and holistic perspectives. The program emphasizes integration of curricular and co-curricular learning, responsible practice of leadership in a justice-centered and global environment, and student learning centeredness. Manning, vice president and chief inclusion and diversity officer at University of Southern California USC , is regarded for driving initiatives that foster a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging, and for delivering training programs, courses and professional development offerings to faculty, staff and students.
