Basically we love the friendliness of the staff there. We wish things had gone a little bit more smoothly when the facility flooded from Hurricane Ian. While we understand the staff was probably overwhelmed with having to instantly relocated number of residents, we wish that our loved one had had more maintenance support to get him established in another room and make things accessible. Some of my loved ones items were damaged with the flooding and so we're waiting to see if Seagrass is offering any discount on the monthly charges due to the inconveniences. Based on comments from my loved one, the resident there, the food seems to be adequate. Seems like it could be better but it's good enough. I have not tried it myself so that could be due to my loved ones cuisine preferences versus the other residents.
