Seeker is a Soulseek client for Android written in C with Xamarin supporting downloading, searching including wishlist and filterssharing, messages, chatrooms, seeker github, port forwarding, user seeker github, privileges, and more. This work uses the Soulseek. NET library for communicating with Soulseek server and network peers.
ReferenceSeeker determines closely related reference genomes following a scalable hierarchical approach combining an fast kmer profile-based database lookup of candidate reference genomes and subsequent computation of specific average nucleotide identity ANI values for the rapid determination of suitable reference genomes. ReferenceSeeker computes kmer-based genome distances between a query genome and potential reference genome candidates via Mash Ondov et al. Custom databases can be built with local genomes. A kmer fingerprint-based comparison alone cannot distinguish if a kmer is missing due to a SNP, for instance or a lack of the kmer-comprising subsequence. ReferenceSeeker can be installed via Conda and Git Hub. In either case, a taxon database must be downloaded which we provide for download at Zenodo: For more information have a look at Databases. The preferred way to install and run ReferenceSeeker is Conda using the Bioconda channel:.

Concept behind Seeker is simple, just like we host phishing pages to get credentials why not host a fake page that requests your loction just like many popular location based websites. Along with Location Information we also get Device Information without any permissions :. This tool is a Proof of Concept and is for Educational Purposes Only, Seeker shows what data a malicious website can gather about you and your devices and why you should not click on random links and allow critical permissions such as Location etc. Other tools and services offer IP Geolocation which is not very accurate and does not give location of user. Generally if a user accepts location permsission, Accuracy of the information recieved is accurate to approximately 30 meters. Note : On iPhone due to some reason location accuracy is approximately 65 meters. If you are unable to get ngrok url that means ngrok is unable to resolve dns, switch to Mobile Data instead of WiFi and it should work, this is a problem with ngrok. Skip to content. Seeker is a python library for discriminating between bacterial and phage genomes. Seeker is based on an LSTM deep-learning models and does not rely on a reference genome, genomic alignment or any direct genome comparison. This file describes a python package that implements Seeker, an alignment-free discrimination between Bacterial vs. If you have any trouble installing or using Seeker, please let us know by opening an issue on GitHub or emailing us either ayal. Note : Seeker relies on tensorflow, which is not yet supported in python 3. Therefore, to use Seeker you need to use Python 3. Wolf, Eugene V. Will your page contents get you past screeners and land a job interview? What is going on with this? The quick explanation is that programmers and recruiters look at GitHub differently--even if the recruiters are tech savvy. Not everyone uses GitHub in a career-forward capacity, but you can. Just like keeping a programming blog is a great presentation tool, a GitHub page presents a similar opportunity. Just as any social platform, GitHub has unique ins and outs to consider.
