About We are a care home in Herne Bay, Kent which provides a wonderful setting for someone looking for a an environment which is much more than just a care home. Excellent care standards, beautiful surroundings and the independence of your own front door are all qualities that truly set the Miramar apart from all other care homes. Our community is ideally situated in the garden of England, boasting a stunning coastal setting overlooking the sea and the warm, inviting atmosphere helps you to feel instantly at home. We welcome individuals and couples alike, and the Miramar offers hour residential and nursing care with a choice of 78 sizeable studios or one or two bedroom apartments, each suite has its own en-suite bathroom and kitchen area. The home has a beautifully designed restaurant with private dining facilities, for those extra special family get-togethers. It has several activity rooms, providing 7 day a week activities. We also offer a dementia suite, designed to offer unique support for those requiring specialist dementia care. Nobody ever wants to go into care but sometimes families need to look at this option and here at Signature we are passionate about being the best there is.
