I phoned Sky within two hours of the burglary to report the phone stolen and the agent who I spoke to immediately blocked it, making it an expensive paperweight. My wife informed our home insurance company and reported stolen items and I phoned Sky, giving it my crime number. Why will the company not let me off this charge?
