So on Tuesday the sky guy told me the only way to fix it is to remove sky cinema and add it again the following day. He booked in a call with me between pm. Wednesday comes last night and he called to set it all back up again, told me it's the only way to fix my issue. That's scandalous service. I am having the same issue. Has it been resolved for you? If so how did they do it? I have the same issue. I'm getting the exact same. They have said that they will fix it in the back systems but they have said this before. Has been a nightmare trying to get sorted. I would phone and see if they can help.
