I have two sparks of shadowflame and would like to create a piece of gear. Is there any way to do that? I see in the prior season it required a bottle essence which required doing campaign quests. Any tips on using the spark of shadowflame would be helpful. Thank you!

So, does "higher" chance to drop imply that there's ALWAYS a chance for them to drop, meaning they're actually farmable? Blizzard creating a solution new system for a system that had none the old.
