A Bartlesville man is now facing a felony charge from a stabbing that occurred Sunday, Sept. Robert Keith McGlothen, 33, was formally charged Friday with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon during his third court appearance in front of District Judge Linda Thomas in Washington County Court. According to an affidavit, an officer interviewed three separate witnesses that were in the area when the incident occurred. Every witness stated that McGlothen stabbed the victim, and one told police that the victim was stabbed on the left side of his body. They also told police that McGlothen dropped the weapon in a trashcan south of the residence. The victim of the stabbing was life-flighted to a Tulsa hospital where they are still being treated for the stabbing injuries.
