Okay, running this by other editors - should this be placed in the "Music" i. I ask because the song is definitively being played by Valerian in SC2. Rewatching the BW intro though, the song does play, but it seems to be part of the soundtrack rather than music actually being played on the Aleksander. I also have to ask if "Brood War Aria" could be its official name, if we treat the BW music as being in-universe. My inclination is to treat it as out of universe music, but the inclination isn't so strong that I'm opposed to others suggesting differently.

A space platform infested with creep. Creep is a living zerg superorganism. It has a purple coloration [1] and is a viscous substance [2] that feels thick and slimy. Creep may be deposited in a number of ways. Some zerg structures, such as hatcheries , serve as loci for creep growth. Creep has a cellular structure.

Zerg structures are effectively giant, living organs. To provide nourishment and infrastructure for their colonies, the zerg produce a living carpet of bio-matter that enemy forces have dubbed creep. Creep, produced by hatcheries, creep tumors, and overlords, spreads quickly across any ground area. The hatchery and the nydus worm exit are the only two structures that can be built on the map without needing existing creep. Creep itself is extremely durable and capable of near-instantaneous regeneration, only retreating from infested ground when a hatchery or other creep generator is destroyed. Zerg units move more quickly while on creep, and creep tumors grant vision to the controlling player. Queens have the ability to spawn a creep tumor. Some zerg players create a line of overlords and creep tumors between their bases to generate creep, allowing their units to travel across the map more quickly. Covering a map with creep provides you with numerous benefits. A creep tumor can produce an additional tumor a few seconds after it finishes.
