I also reported it to Bethesda support and after the same run-around you got they requested that I submit some videos, so I did, along with my actual affected save. I was told my report was being elevated and I'd be contacted, but that hasn't happened yet, so I can only hope that they're working on it for the next patch, whenever that comes.

A: As of now, there is no official way to transfer progress between Xbox and PC versions of Starfield.

So, I have gotten this glitch as well.
