State of decay 2 maps
Undead Labs' State of Decay 2 mostly sticks to the same formula as its predecessor, delivering an open-world survival game with a heavy focus on scavenging and resource management. While there are some quests to play through, the story takes a back seat to exploration, base building, and crafting a safe haven to stave off the wandering zombies. This makes State of Decay 2 maps very important. Players take charge of randomly generated characters with their own traits , strengths, and weaknesses; in fact, while the zombies are nothing to scoff at, fostering a sustainable community of survivors is often the game's greatest challenge. For the most part, the sequel plays like a slightly more polished version of 's State of Decay, but you are given the pick of multiple maps rather than just one. Including the tutorial and the DLC packages, State of Decay 2 has six separate maps that are just waiting to be traversed. Each area has its own positives and negatives, but which one is the best? Updated on July 20, , by Sharnelle Earle: June of included a content update by Undead Labs that features a new way for the blood plague to operate and new outposts. The blood plague is now more menacing, where any building with a plague heart in it will corrupt the entire neighborhood it's in instead of just the building. This means more blood plague zombies in large communities. What this also now means is that any outpost in the vicinity of a plague heart cannot be claimed until the plague heart is taken care of. New types of outposts have also been added, known as Landmark outposts. These are specialty outposts that only exist once per map. They are meant to offer special benefits and strategies to your gameplay. Unlike the rest of State of Decay 2's maps, Camp Osprey will be visited in each playthrough since it is the game's designated tutorial area.

In the previous two tip sections, we talked about the who "Character Development" and the What "Facilities and Outposts". Now, it's time for the "Where" i. When starting your campaign, you get to choose from one of five maps or just let the AI decide for you via random selection. One of these maps, Trumbull Valley, is a hybrid map that has a fixed story built in along with the usually randomized campaign quests. Because of this, and because the Trumbull Valley questlines come "later" in the SoD2 timeline than Heartland does, I would recommend avoiding this map until you've played the game somewhat and played through Heartland at least once.
1.7 meters in inches and feet
Outside of these items, you get one large and one small slot to build on, which winds up making the base very, very restricting Infirmary, Farm and done, sadly. When starting your campaign, you get to choose from one of five maps or just let the AI decide for you via random selection. You can no longer claim nearby outposts and the area will be flooded with more plague zombies than regular ones. Essentially, Mazzara farms are just like Camp Kelenque including built-in beds, a Kitchen and base-wide water availability via a Rain Collector , but with one less small slot. At least the kitchen and bathroom can help counteract any potential morale penalties, I suppose , and one of the small indoor slots has to be used on a Workshop. Farmland Compound Late-Game -- Your ultimate goal besides story missions. Not good enough? Initially, players are required to spend a lot of time driving while sticking to the main roads, which is not made easy due to State of Decay 2's lackluster driving mechanics. This means more blood plague zombies in large communities. Choose what you like more, as there is no real wrong choice here. Heartland using the same map, abet smaller got around this limitation by cutting off the excess portions of the map and essentially making the game a big circle though with your base in the most inconvenient bit of that circle.
.
Recruit one or two more people and just move into the Squelones Brewing Company see below. The warehouse is basically the best 6 person base in all the game for a four person price that will last you all the way through mid-game. Given all this, the lack of built-in beds makes Whitney Field less flexible that it first appears, and the location is just a killer for me. Mensajes: 8. You can no longer claim nearby outposts and the area will be flooded with more plague zombies than regular ones. You do though get some build-ins the Compound doesn't have. Serviceable, but the mid-tier bases are definitely better, so move on when you can. Ignoring the Kitchen for a second, and you'll notice the Field Clinic and Bunkhouse free up your small slots to do more fun, exciting things than your standard build. Further and even better, if you have a Trader Leader, build a Trade Depot and bring the traders to you! Less valuable if you have the Builder Boon, the fire station really shines if this is your first game and don't have the Builder's Boon yet. Also, another small advantage for Container Fort: both have built-in watchtowers, but Container Fort's doesn't have an ammo upkeep cost. Undead Labs' State of Decay 2 mostly sticks to the same formula as its predecessor, delivering an open-world survival game with a heavy focus on scavenging and resource management. It is not as needlessly large as Drucker County, and it also has an overabundance of buildings that makes looting easier than Cascade Hills. Each area has its own positives and negatives, but which one is the best? Is there a different story progression if you're on a different map?
