First came the upgraded version of the Vzero and in August was launched the Trident. It is a new toolhead that is an upgrade or an alternative to the Afterburner. It can be installed on all Voron 3d printers except the Vzero. It integrates 1 x part cooling blower fan, 1x hotend fan, the hotend, and … 3 x RGBW diodes. This project is work in progress beta , we need to test.. I have designed it with the longer ultra highflow model in mind, I still need to test this on the normal voron stealthburner. Help me test and adjust this design people. Roughly 6 mm travel of the probe in height giving the function of ajusting the probe between normal and ultra high flow nozzels. I want to make this 6mm higher, again work in progress. Please be careful with your m3 bolts sticking out at the bottom of the probe, the probe needs to be roughly 3mm higher then the nozzle leaving not a lot of room for the bolts, use a low profile m3 bolt, check if it fits. What i did is mount it low so its save to home, the nozzle is now ofc to high, check this please. Then I lose the mount so it can move up while still at the home position. I went to klipper and moved the nozzle to 0. Then tighten the screws and I was ready.
