While I specialize in eating disorders including anorexia nervosa , bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder , I also love working with clients who want to focus on their diabetes , high cholesterol, high blood pressure or other nutrition-related concerns. Although most clients prefer to meet with me on an individual basis, I also enjoy working with couples and families. I am a non-diet dietitian and practice from a Health At Every Size stance. Before I decided to become a dietitian, I enjoyed four wonderful years at the University of Virginia attaining a degree in Political Science. Like many people out there, I had my own struggles with nutrition from the limited education I received in school growing up. However, the more and more I explored this topic, the more curious and confused I became.

Her work ranges from showing the everyday life of her community in Washington Heights, the Bronx to exploring more intimacy, textures, and symbols found in everyday life. Using her camera as a tool for her has always been a spiritual experience of capturing light through mirrors of reflections around her. She wishes to explore more 3D design and filmmaking throughout the years. In order to combine her appreciation of magical realism, experimental music, and nature and continue to showcase everyday life but through the patterns she has found. Tell us a little bit about yourself. I am a professional fitness model and health coach, living in Dallas, Texas. I am happily married to my husband and we have 2 gorgeous bullys. We live and breathe fitness. I am a Latina born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I have 2 siblings — 1 sister and 1 brother, and both my parents are from El Salvador. Family is everything to me! How long have you been a fitness model? Recently, the last 3 years have been booming for me.

I am the head coach for Team Dynasty and living out my dream by changing lives and helping others achieve progress and adapt a healthy sustainable lifestyle. I managed and operated health clubs for over 6 years and it was during this time that my passion to compete grew strongly. I started my competition journey in and have achieved 6 Championship Titles: International Fitness Model , World Fitness Model , , , and Taking the body to the next level and achieving progress you think is impossible is what I strive to do, and now being able to share the journey, the process, and the lifestyle with so many around the world is so rewarding. For 15 years I was involved in managing health clubs, building personal training programs until becoming the Vice President of a national gym chain. At this point my career became more about numbers and accounting than changing lives.
