We have a pharmacy directly inside the Sugar House Health Center so you can conveniently fill your prescriptions after your appointment.

The university of utah health food pharmacy program was created to serve patients in our community who are struggling with chronic nutrition-related conditions while also experiencing food insecurity. This food prescription program is meant to provide them with healthy food that will meet their dietary needs, along with valuable nutrition education. It will also serve as a way to connect our patients with valuable local resources that will increase their access to food for both themselves and their families. Volunteers can assist with intake forms and basic patient education, as well as pack and distribute food bags at the trailer. The food pharmacy operates at two of the community clinics, Redwood health center, and Sugar House Health Center, rotating weekly.
