When the dragon Elios perched upon the cliff at Dragons Meet , he attracted followers—some of the first Humans—who traveled there to listen to Elios's teachings and settled at the base of Dragons Meet, thus founding the town. Elios himself is said to have named the town "Haven of the Sun" or "Sun Haven".
