Love this place is a completely different concept than any other studios in NYC. It's extremely convenient for since there's a workout every 10 minutes so you are never late and you get a great workout in just 40 minutes. The coaches are great, help you with your form and motivate as well. I've seen in a difference in my body since I started working at Sweat
