Thursday, October 5th, AM. I was able to get new phones and was supposed to save on my monthly bill, based on what was put in front of me, but that was not the case. With the new phones, came a new installment plan for 36 months for 4 lines and my bill was now higher then switching. I am at the point where after being so frustrated, I want to go back to Verizon, but I don't want to eat the cost of paying for the devices in full or early termination fees, due to a lack of service that was supposed to be provided.
