Law have 2 most broken unit. I just get 1 of them, and that unit still same broken unit. By most efficient it must be the Law. First reason is Coda 1 need certain character recruited which can't in N route only need to be in party no need to be writen alive in warren report. You need to finish certain dungeon till and have certain character to be writen as dead in warren report before finishing chapter 4 to be able to proceed to coda 2.
