Tatte bakery

Tatte operates 35 locations, most in the Boston area, with the remainder in the metro D. Tzurit Ora former film producer who immigrated from Israel to the United States inbegan baking family recipes in her kitchen, first selling them in at the Copley Square Farmer's Market in Boston, Massachusetts, tatte bakery. She expanded into the Kendall Square neighborhood of Cambridge inopening three tatte bakery there in two years.

After only one summer, Tatte expanded to its first brick-and-mortar bakery in Brookline, Massachusetts. When she opened her very first location she wanted it to feel welcoming, to create a sense of home, a sense of belonging as if someone was hugging you. She has since opened fifteen Tatte bakeries but the aim has always remained the same; each Tatte has its own individual sense of identity, feel and style but they all stay true to the original spirit — to what Tatte is all about. Our mission is to inspire, care for and touch every person, neighborhood and city with our experience and through our food, our passion, and our culture. Tzurit would like to bring Tatte to as many markets as possible, to share that unique experience, the food, the pastries and the atmosphere that Tatte brings to every location we open. Growing up in Israel, Tzurit baked alongside her mother for family members, neighbors, and large community events.

Eggs your style, Vermont cheddar, and applewood smoked bacon on housemade sourdough. A double shot of espresso with steamed milk and topped with microfoam. Rich, chocolaty flourless brownies made with Valrhona chocolate. Smoked salmon, avocado, red onion, capers, alfalfa sprouts, and creamy scrambled eggs served on a housemade challah roll with green herbed dressing. Egg your style, Vermont cheddar, sliced tomato, avocado, and baby arugula on housemade croissant. Traditional Turkish dish with sauteed spinach, roasted Jerusalem Artichoke, and poached egg over garlic labneh with Aleppo chili oil. Served with sourdough. Roasted pears served with housemade granola, labneh, and VT maple syrup. Whipped Greek yogurt topped with housemade granola, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pear, apple, honey, and black sesame. Roasted salmon served with herbed mayo, arugula, red onion, pickled red cabbage, sumac, and tomato on a housemade challah roll.
