I have noticed many shops selling brooches and earrings from Temu and Shein and selling them as handmade or vintage, temu jewelry, how is this allowed to happen on Etsy?

I know that a lot of people feel a certain way about Temu but personally I love it. A lot of the products I find on Temu I can normally find on Amazon but for a way higher markup. And I'm currently in my rich girl aesthetic but with a bank account that's not so rich, it feels nice to have luxury looking jewelry that doesn't break the bank.
