My husband has regular cleanings and has had no problems with the staff or his hygienist. But he recently went for a cleaning and a repair and was notified of a past due bill for services in and we have dental insurance but they did not have our updated card. You would think after getting an ins denial they would have notified us however they waited 1 year to let us know and then blamed it on their billing department. When they got the updated ins info and filed of course too much time had lapsed for the claim to be paid. This facility did not even try to meet us halfway given the circumstances that they sat on the bill for 1 year. If they would have notified us in a timely manner this could have easily been resolved. Needless to say not only are we paying out for dental ins but now paying the dental retreat out of our pockets too for the bill they sat on for 1 year. I always enjoy my visits here, my hygienist keeps me smiling from the time I walk in until the time I leave and Dr. Julian is amazing, very knowledgeable and takes time to get to know his patients and their needs. The Dental Retreat is by far the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr Julian and his staff are amazing. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, comfort, and confidence they showed while working with our son. We had taken our son to several other dentists before Dr Julian and each and every one was a horrifying experience that traumatized our son and us as well and made him terrified to ever go to a dentist again.
