I have been trying to establish the exact history of the building. So far I have found that it was built between and , purely on the evidence that it is not shown on an OS map published in but is shown on OS map. I have been told that it was originally built as four retail units including a florist and coffee shop. I also see from the archives that Marsden's Dairies Ltd. I also know that the whole ground floor became the Mogul Room - an Indian restaurant and we have found a lot of evidence of their decor when stripping back the walls. But we don't know the exact dates. I have found three photographs in the archives but I am hoping somebody will know more precise dates and exactly how the building was originally split up.
