The Haven is now accepting reservations for the Villas at The Haven, a collection of 18 independent living units. Located just across the street from the assisted living and memory care community, the villas offer freedom from the everyday hassle of homeownership with access to resort-quality amenities. All meals and activities at The Haven are included, along with transportation services. Each two-bedroom unit boasts nearly 1, square feet of open living space featuring high ceilings, a full kitchen, a laundry room, front and rear covered porches and an oversized single-car garage with storage space. The villas have their own clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts and pavilion. All utilities, including TV and internet, are included. Residents are expected to move into the first phase of the villas later this month, and a new phase will open every month afterward.
