This quest tasks you with finding out the truth behind the disappearances of Magisters in Driftwood. When you talk to Magister Carver or Magister Caryl, the missing magisters, you will learn that several Magisters have gone missing, and that they suspect Higba has something to do with their disappearances.
To begin, you need to head to Driftwood. There are several possible ways to start the quest, but one of the easier is to enter the large building South-West of the Driftwood Square waypoint. Speak to the magisters inside there to learn they are looking for someone. Across the road from the Fishery is a giant building that serves as an Inn and Bar. On the deck out front is an elf. Speak to him to learn he is also looking for the missing people and that he swears it can't be Higba.
