He graduated with a B. During that year Feist had some ideas for a novel about a boy who would be a magician. He wrote the novel two years later, and it was published in by Doubleday. Feist currently lives in San Diego with his children, where he collects fine wine, DVDs, and books on a variety of topics of personal interest: wine, biographies, history, and, especially, the history of American Professional Football.
It was a great pleasure reading the books. All of them allowed me to completely indulge, as they were all in one way or another, related.
The Riftwar Cycle is the name given to the series of books authored or co-authored by Raymond E. Feist that revolve around the fantasy worlds of Midkemia and Kelewan. The novels and short stories of The Riftwar Universe record the adventures of various people on these worlds. When Feist studied at the University of California, San Diego , he and his friends created a new role-playing game based on their own original world of Midkemia. They called themselves the Thursday Nighters , because they played the Midkemia role-playing game every Thursday evening. After some time, when the group changed and began meeting on Fridays, they became known as the Friday Nighters. The original group have since formed a company called Midkemia Press , which has continued publishing campaigns set in that universe.

Raymond E. The books are set on two planets, Midkemia and Kelewan. The first book focuses on the apprentice named Pug, whereas the second book shows Pug sharing center stage with Prince Arutha. This series features Kelewan as a far away planet and is only visited for brief periods of time. He has one friend, a warrior named Tomas. By joining the apprentice, they have unknowingly started something, something large. He was later taken by force by the Tsurani, who come from another world and wage war, invading other territories. He finds that he has massive amounts of powers, earning a new name Milamber. Fans of the book have said that the book say that the book was written well, and is enjoyable to read.
