We had dinner at Waterline one night on our honeymoon and although it was a very windy night we were still able to witness the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen, it was breathtaking. The owners are very friendly and we had a good chat with them while we had a drink at the bar. We felt very relaxed and at home. I ordered a curry and my husband ordered a Chicken Parmigiana. Both were delicious, but the view is what made my night. It was lovely just watching the sun go down with good food, good company and great hosts. We highly recommend Waterline. We went to this intimate, relaxed eatery right on the "Sunset" beach side of the island twice in our 10 night stay. The food was freshly cooked, tasty, and had a varied menu. This benefited me as a non fish eating, and brace wearing holidaymaker.
