Ive recruited 2 of the 3 crew to prepare for the robbery and have no track marker on my hud for the third so cant complete that. The other main quest is Open Sesame -witcher seasonings , prepare a cleansing mixture that will weaken the Redaniun soldiers , if I select this quest that also has no quest maker on my hud. Pretty sure you only need to recruit two people for Open Sesame. Try going back into the basement of the alchemist's hut. For the seasonings, check your journal. All the way at the bottom of the 'Alchemy' section, there's quest items. The seasoning should be there.
