One of my families thermo rice pudding foods, my boys could never get enough of this growing up and still love it today. With the Thermomix, everything is super easy, basically set and forget!

Place all ingredients in TM Bowl. Cook at 90 degrees, 50 minutes "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 MC on. Either serve warm - delicious with some finely grated dark chocolate! Or chilled, my kids love this in their lunch boxes for school and sometimes even for breakfast! A favourite amongst family and friends. I use coconut milk and do not add sugar to it. Put your cooked rice into with g milk, sugar and salt. So yummy! I added sultanas, halved the sugar and added about 2tbsp maple syrup.
